Shipping & Return Policy
DISCLAIMER
All product- and shipping-related concerns will be entertained within 48 hours of delivery only. If 48 hours have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURN, REFUND, AND TITLE
In case of refund, it is processed within 3-5 business days from the date of approval.
Once processed, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within additional 1-2 business days after being processed.
To claim a refund, proper documentation and order tracking history must be provided.
In the event of a natural calamity or unforeseen circumstance, if delivery is delayed or canceled, only the product value will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
GENERAL SHIPPING RULES
- All orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next working day and delivered as per estimated timelines.
- Orders placed on Saturdays after 6:00 PM will be dispatched on the following Monday or next working day evening.
- Note: No courier pickups occur on Sundays or public holidays due to the limited shelf life of our products.
- Orders booked during festive months may experience dispatch/delivery delays due to factors like stock shortages or high shipment volumes.
- Shipping Timeframe: Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Delivery Timeframe: After dispatch, orders will be delivered within 2-5 business days after shipping, depending on your location.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details provided are accurate. Delays due to incorrect information will not be the responsibility of Organic Spree.
GRIEVANCE CELL
- All product and shipping concerns must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photographs of the concern are mandatory for verification.

OTHER IMPORTANT POINTS
For orders with differing billing and shipping addresses, please ensure complete details including:
- Accurate shipping address
- Landmark or nearby location
- Contact person’s name
- Active contact number
This ensures smooth delivery.
Customs & Inspection Charges:
If applicable, any custom duty or inspection fee incurred during cross-border delivery (if ever applicable) must be paid by the customer. Organic Spree Pvt. Ltd is not liable for such charges or for product damage/loss caused during customs inspection.
No refund or replacement will be issued in such cases.
EXCHANGE / REPLACEMENT DELIVERY TIMELINE
If a replacement or exchange is approved:
The exchanged or replaced product will be delivered within 3-5 business days once shipped from the date of confirmation.
